There are 535 congressmen and women in the House and Senate.
Obama's stimulus package garnered a paltry three Republican votes in the Senate, and not a single one in the House.
I suggest our elected officials follow this advice:
If you voted against it, don't accept the money. Just say no. Be like your hero Sarah Palin, telling the government off and refusing the money for that famous Bridge to Nowhere.
Except that Sarah Lee kept the money.
A word of warning from the GTL to the GOP: That money is hot. Touch it and get burned.
You've been warned.
